Orders can be canceled only within 5 minutes of placing, prior to preparation.

Once an order is confirmed and cooking begins, cancellation is no longer possible

Wrong or Missing Items

If an ordered item is missing or incorrect, please inform us immediately upon delivery.

We will refund the price of the missing or incorrect item (including tax) or offer a replacement

Entire Order Incorrect

If the whole order is wrong, we will refund the entire order amount, including delivery fee
